Wod & Fit was created by a fitness-loving father and son. They were looking for a unique item that they could always carry with them to motivate them and show their love for the sport. Finding nothing, they decided to create them themselves. Seeing that people liked them, they decided to set themselves the mission of motivating and providing a message of discipline and passion towards sports to the whole world.
